繼電(dian)保護裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)是保障電(dian)網安全穩定(ding)運(yun)行(xing)的(de)(de)重要措施(shi),當前耗時低(di)效的(de)(de)人(ren)工檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)模(mo)式已(yi)難(nan)以適應電(dian)網的(de)(de)快速發展[1-5]。文獻[6-8]基于(yu) RTDS 仿(fang)真平臺實(shi)現(xian)保護裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)自動(dong)測(ce)試,但(dan)不適用(yong)于(yu)變電(dian)站(zhan)現(xian)場。文獻[9-12]以數(shu)字(zi)化測(ce)試儀為平臺能(neng)夠(gou)實(shi)現(xian)智能(neng)站(zhan)單裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功能(neng)自動(dong)檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan),但(dan)無法(fa)驗(yan)(yan)證(zheng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)功能(neng)配合的(de)(de)正確性,不適用(yong)于(yu)常規裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),同時還存在無法(fa)驗(yan)(yan)證(zheng)保護裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)與(yu)監控后臺間(jian)的(de)(de)信(xin)息傳輸正確性、僅適用(yong)于(yu)特定(ding)測(ce)試儀等不足。因此,該(gai)文基于(yu)變電(dian)站(zhan)監控系統提(ti)出了(le)一(yi)種保護裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)自動(dong)檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)方(fang)法(fa),構(gou)建了(le)系統軟硬件構(gou)架,設(she)計(ji)了(le)規約引擎、測(ce)試儀接口等關(guan)鍵模(mo)塊,通(tong)過實(shi)際應用(yong)驗(yan)(yan)證(zheng)了(le)該(gai)方(fang)法(fa)的(de)(de)有(you)效性。
1 自(zi)動檢驗系統(tong)整體(ti)框架
針對(dui)現(xian)有繼(ji)電(dian)保護(hu)裝(zhuang)置自(zi)動檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)方法(fa)組網復雜(za)、檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)內容不**等不足(zu),通過(guo)對(dui)變(bian)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)監控系統的(de)(de)特點進(jin)(jin)行(xing)分析,發現(xian)變(bian)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)二(er)次(ci)設備可(ke)通過(guo)站(zhan)(zhan)控層網絡(luo)實現(xian)互通互聯和(he)全(quan)站(zhan)(zhan)設備信(xin)息的(de)(de)集中監測,基于(yu)此對(dui)繼(ji)電(dian)保護(hu)裝(zhuang)置自(zi)動檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)的(de)(de)硬件架構(gou)和(he)軟件架構(gou)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)針對(dui)性設計(ji),進(jin)(jin)而提出了基于(yu)變(bian)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)監控系統的(de)(de)繼(ji)電(dian)保護(hu)裝(zhuang)置自(zi)動檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)方法(fa)。
1.1 硬件架構
該文提(ti)出的(de)(de)基于(yu)變(bian)電站(zhan)(zhan)監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)統的(de)(de)繼電保(bao)護(hu)裝(zhuang)置自動檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)系(xi)統主(zhu)(zhu)要包括監(jian)控(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)機、檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)控(kong)制中(zhong)心、變(bian)電站(zhan)(zhan)監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)統網絡傳輸(shu)(shu)設備(bei)以及繼電保(bao)護(hu)測試儀等關鍵設備(bei)。借助站(zhan)(zhan)控(kong)層網絡設備(bei)互通、信息集中(zhong)的(de)(de)優勢[13-15],該系(xi)統能(neng)夠完成單裝(zhuang)置自動檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)和多裝(zhuang)置聯合自動檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan),同(tong)時可驗(yan)(yan)證(zheng)保(bao)護(hu)動作信息傳輸(shu)(shu)至(zhi)監(jian)控(kong)后(hou)臺的(de)(de)正確性(xing)。以 220 kV 變(bian)電站(zhan)(zhan)為例,其系(xi)統硬(ying)件(jian)架構如圖 1所示。
自(zi)動(dong)檢(jian)(jian)驗程序(xu)嵌入檢(jian)(jian)驗控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin),控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)自(zi)動(dong)檢(jian)(jian)驗流程。監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)主機(ji)將所有信(xin)息鏡(jing)像至檢(jian)(jian)驗控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin),實(shi)現對全站(zhan)(zhan)信(xin)息的監(jian)視與驗證。監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)主機(ji)、檢(jian)(jian)驗控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)、待檢(jian)(jian)保護(hu)裝置、測(ce)(ce)控(kong)(kong)(kong)裝置以(yi)及測(ce)(ce)試儀(yi)通過站(zhan)(zhan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)層網絡實(shi)現信(xin)息閉環。通過 GPS/BDS(北斗)衛(wei)星對時(shi)系統為(wei)參(can)與自(zi)動(dong)檢(jian)(jian)驗的所有設備提(ti)供(gong)統一的時(shi)鐘源,確保多臺測(ce)(ce)試儀(yi)同步(bu)觸(chu)發。測(ce)(ce)試儀(yi)根據檢(jian)(jian)驗方案設定(ding)的檢(jian)(jian)驗流程給(gei)保護(hu)裝置提(ti)供(gong)電壓、電流、開關(guan)量等故障參(can)數(shu),并向檢(jian)(jian)驗控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)反饋保護(hu)裝置出(chu)口信(xin)息。
1.2 軟件架構
基于自動檢驗系(xi)統(tong)功(gong)能(neng)可擴展性(xing)和(he)(he)軟件(jian)易維(wei)護性(xing)考慮,軟件(jian)部分采用模(mo)塊化分層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)設(she)計,其系(xi)統(tong)架構如圖 2 所示,分為(wei)管理層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)、開發層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)、執(zhi)行層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)、接口層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)和(he)(he)
設備層(ceng)(ceng)。管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)層(ceng)(ceng)即檢(jian)驗管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)平(ping)臺,由任(ren)務管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)模(mo)塊(kuai)、模(mo)板管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)模(mo)塊(kuai)以及(ji)數據管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)模(mo)塊(kuai)組成,開發層(ceng)(ceng)包(bao)含(han)檢(jian)驗方案編(bian)輯模(mo)塊(kuai)和規約模(mo)板編(bian)輯模(mo)塊(kuai),執行層(ceng)(ceng)包(bao)
含自動檢驗模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai),接口層(ceng)包含規約(yue)引擎模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)和(he)測(ce)試(shi)儀接口模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai),設備層(ceng)包含測(ce)試(shi)儀和(he)保護(hu)裝置。
檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)管理平臺負(fu)責(ze)(ze)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、報(bao)告(gao)(gao)模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、規約(yue)(yue)(yue)模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)任(ren)務(wu)及檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)數(shu)據的(de)管理和(he)(he)維護。其(qi)中任(ren)務(wu)管理模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)主要負(fu)責(ze)(ze)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)任(ren)務(wu)下(xia)發、撤銷、審核、完(wan)結和(he)(he)歷史任(ren)務(wu)記錄(lu)(lu);模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)管理模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)負(fu)責(ze)(ze)上傳和(he)(he)下(xia)載檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、報(bao)告(gao)(gao)模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、規約(yue)(yue)(yue)模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)以及裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)模(mo)(mo)型文(wen)件;數(shu)據管理模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)負(fu)責(ze)(ze)保(bao)存被檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)歷史記錄(lu)(lu),包括(kuo)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)生(sheng)成的(de)標(biao)準格(ge)式報(bao)告(gao)(gao)和(he)(he)系統檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)記錄(lu)(lu)文(wen)件。檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)方案編輯模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)負(fu)責(ze)(ze)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)(he)報(bao)告(gao)(gao)模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)編制,檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)功能(neng)的(de)增加刪減(jian)。規約(yue)(yue)(yue)模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)編輯模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)負(fu)責(ze)(ze)編輯不(bu)同的(de)規約(yue)(yue)(yue)規則腳本(ben)語言文(wen)件,供(gong)規約(yue)(yue)(yue)引(yin)擎模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)執行。規約(yue)(yue)(yue)引(yin)擎模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)通過調用規約(yue)(yue)(yue)模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)實現自(zi)動(dong)(dong)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)與保(bao)護裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間的(de)數(shu)據交互,完(wan)成裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)模(mo)(mo)型文(wen)件召(zhao)喚,定值(zhi)參(can)數(shu)、控(kong)制字和(he)(he)軟壓板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)讀(du)寫,裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)作報(bao)文(wen)讀(du)取(qu)等任(ren)務(wu)。測(ce)試儀(yi)接(jie)口模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)負(fu)責(ze)(ze)與繼(ji)電(dian)保(bao)護測(ce)試儀(yi)通信,觸發測(ce)試儀(yi)輸出故障(zhang)參(can)數(shu),返回(hui)測(ce)試儀(yi)接(jie)收的(de)開(kai)關量(liang)信息。自(zi)動(dong)(dong)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)是整(zheng)個系統的(de)核心部分,負(fu)責(ze)(ze)搭建檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)環境、調取(qu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)方案并執行檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)任(ren)務(wu)、展示自(zi)動(dong)(dong)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)過程、自(zi)動(dong)(dong)生(sheng)成標(biao)準格(ge)式檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)報(bao)告(gao)(gao)。
2 關鍵問題解決方案
繼電保護(hu)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)實施(shi)的關(guan)鍵是控制測試儀自動(dong)(dong)(dong)輸出故障(zhang)參(can)數,將待檢(jian)(jian)裝置的動(dong)(dong)(dong)作信(xin)息回傳到檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)控制中(zhong)心(xin),檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)控制中(zhong)心(xin)根據接收的信(xin)息自動(dong)(dong)(dong)判斷(duan)檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)結果(guo)并填寫檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)報告,為(wei)解(jie)決上述問題進行了如(ru)下(xia)研究。
2.1 規約(yue)引擎(qing)模塊設(she)計
檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)控制(zhi)(zhi)中心與(yu)被測裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)信(xin)息交互是(shi)實(shi)現(xian)閉環自動檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)的(de)基礎(chu),規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)約(yue)(yue)(yue)引(yin)(yin)擎模塊即檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)系(xi)統與(yu)繼(ji)電保(bao)護(hu)(hu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)通(tong)(tong)信(xin)的(de)關(guan)鍵部分(fen)。規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)約(yue)(yue)(yue)報(bao)文(wen)的(de)解(jie)析(xi)和制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)都是(shi)二(er)進(jin)制(zhi)(zhi)數據流,不(bu)同(tong)規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)約(yue)(yue)(yue)形(xing)成(cheng)二(er)進(jin)制(zhi)(zhi)數據流的(de)規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)則(ze)(ze)不(bu)同(tong)[16-17],通(tong)(tong)過抽象分(fen)析(xi)這(zhe)些規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)則(ze)(ze),形(xing)成(cheng)不(bu)同(tong)規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)約(yue)(yue)(yue)的(de)規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)則(ze)(ze)腳(jiao)本(ben)語(yu)(yu)言(yan)(yan),即規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)約(yue)(yue)(yue)模板文(wen)件。根(gen)據規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)約(yue)(yue)(yue)解(jie)析(xi)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)的(de)過程(cheng),結合規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)約(yue)(yue)(yue)規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)則(ze)(ze)腳(jiao)本(ben)語(yu)(yu)言(yan)(yan),開發腳(jiao)本(ben)語(yu)(yu)言(yan)(yan)執(zhi)行的(de)虛擬環境(規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)約(yue)(yue)(yue)引(yin)(yin)擎模塊),用于執(zhi)行規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)約(yue)(yue)(yue)規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)則(ze)(ze)腳(jiao)本(ben)語(yu)(yu)言(yan)(yan),根(gen)據不(bu)同(tong)的(de)規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)約(yue)(yue)(yue)腳(jiao)本(ben)語(yu)(yu)言(yan)(yan)產生(sheng)規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)約(yue)(yue)(yue)報(bao)文(wen),從(cong)而實(shi)現(xian)規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)約(yue)(yue)(yue)報(bao)文(wen)解(jie)析(xi)和生(sheng)成(cheng)、規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)約(yue)(yue)(yue)通(tong)(tong)信(xin)方(fang)式的(de)配置(zhi)及規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)約(yue)(yue)(yue)過程(cheng)的(de)控制(zhi)(zhi)。通(tong)(tong)過規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)約(yue)(yue)(yue)引(yin)(yin)擎模塊實(shi)現(xian)檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)控制(zhi)(zhi)中心與(yu)繼(ji)電保(bao)護(hu)(hu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)信(xin)息交互,讀寫保(bao)護(hu)(hu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)
置定值、功能壓(ya)板和 SOE 報(bao)文等重要信息,其基礎(chu)功能如圖 3所(suo)示。
規約(yue)引擎模塊設計并開放了(le)標準的(de)(de) COM 接(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)(kou),從檢(jian)驗(yan)原理出發(fa),抽(chou)象分析(xi)檢(jian)驗(yan)需要執行的(de)(de)通信(xin)操(cao)作,把這(zhe)些(xie)操(cao)作抽(chou)象為通信(xin)命(ming)令(ling),使用(yong) XML 標準格式文件來保(bao)存(cun)這(zhe)些(xie)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)接(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)(kou),形(xing)成通信(xin)命(ming)令(ling)定(ding)義文件。根據(ju)(ju)文件數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)建模方法(fa),抽(chou)象保(bao)護(hu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)設備(bei)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)模型結構,根據(ju)(ju)通信(xin)命(ming)令(ling)定(ding)義和設備(bei)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)模型結構,設計規約(yue)引擎程序的(de)(de)調用(yong)接(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)(kou),供自動檢(jian)驗(yan)調用(yong)。標準 COM 接(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)(kou)包括數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)訪(fang)問接(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)(kou)和命(ming)令(ling)控(kong)制接(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)(kou),數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)訪(fang)問接(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)(kou)用(yong)于讀取保(bao)護(hu)定(ding)值(zhi)(zhi)、控(kong)制字、定(ding)值(zhi)(zhi)區(qu)、軟壓板、測量值(zhi)(zhi)、SOE 信(xin)息(xi)、裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)參數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)等(deng)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)。命(ming)令(ling)控(kong)制接(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)(kou)用(yong)于修改保(bao)護(hu)定(ding)值(zhi)(zhi)、控(kong)制字和裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)參數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、投退軟壓板、復歸裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)等(deng)操(cao)作。
2.2 測試儀(yi)接口模塊(kuai)設計
為(wei)了使檢驗(yan)(yan)系統能(neng)夠適用(yong)于當前主流(liu)的(de)繼電保護測(ce)(ce)試(shi)儀,綜(zong)合(he)分析不同廠家測(ce)(ce)試(shi)儀軟件(jian)在故(gu)障(zhang)參(can)數設置、檢驗(yan)(yan)結果展示等方(fang)面(mian)實現的(de)方(fang)法,根據(ju)分析結果,該(gai)文采(cai)用(yong) COM 組(zu)件(jian)技術設計(ji)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)儀的(de)標準(zhun)控制接(jie)口(kou),自動檢驗(yan)(yan)模塊根據(ju)檢驗(yan)(yan)需要的(de)數據(ju)提供(gong)標準(zhun)接(jie)口(kou)就可以控制測(ce)(ce)試(shi)儀輸(shu)出故(gu)障(zhang)參(can)數并接(jie)收保護
動作出口信息。
測(ce)試儀接(jie)(jie)口(kou)模塊架構如圖 4 所示,包括標準數據接(jie)(jie)口(kou)、測(ce)試管理(li)單元、測(ce)試功能庫、通信(xin)組(zu)件四部分。數據接(jie)(jie)口(kou)供(gong)自動檢(jian)驗模塊調用,實現(xian)測(ce)試儀的
自動控制(zhi)。測(ce)試(shi)功(gong)能(neng)庫(ku)涵(han)蓋了各(ge)類(lei)測(ce)試(shi)儀的功(gong)能(neng),包括過流保護(hu)試(shi)驗(yan)、距離(li)保護(hu)試(shi)驗(yan)、電壓保護(hu)試(shi)驗(yan)等(deng)不(bu)同功(gong)能(neng)測(ce)試(shi)模塊,供測(ce)試(shi)管(guan)理單元調用。測(ce)試(shi)管(guan)
理單(dan)元(yuan)根據(ju)(ju)數據(ju)(ju)接(jie)口接(jie)收的指(zhi)令調用測(ce)試功(gong)能(neng)庫(ku)對應的功(gong)能(neng)模塊,建立測(ce)試功(gong)能(neng)控制接(jie)口,通(tong)過通(tong)信組件實現與具體(ti)測(ce)試儀的數據(ju)(ju)交互。
2.3 檢驗(yan)結果自動判斷方法
繼(ji)電保護(hu)(hu)(hu)裝置(zhi)自動檢(jian)驗的主要內(nei)容(rong)(rong)如表 1 所示,包括(kuo)零漂(piao)(piao)檢(jian)查(cha)、模(mo)擬量精度檢(jian)驗、保護(hu)(hu)(hu)功(gong)能(neng)邏輯(ji)(ji)及保護(hu)(hu)(hu)定值驗證(zheng)。其中,零漂(piao)(piao)檢(jian)查(cha)和(he)模(mo)擬量精度檢(jian)驗是通(tong)過(guo)(guo)比(bi)對裝置(zhi)采樣誤差和(he)規程(cheng)允許偏差判斷(duan)結果正(zheng)確與否,保護(hu)(hu)(hu)功(gong)能(neng)邏輯(ji)(ji)及保護(hu)(hu)(hu)定值驗證(zheng)是通(tong)過(guo)(guo)比(bi)對接收信息與預設內(nei)容(rong)(rong)來判斷(duan)。
目(mu)前,檢驗(yan)結果自動(dong)(dong)判(pan)(pan)斷普遍(bian)采用手動(dong)(dong)編寫的(de)(de)(de)(de)腳(jiao)本(ben)來(lai)實現,檢驗(yan)方案開(kai)發(fa)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)需要(yao)具備一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)編程能力(li),對于(yu)變電站(zhan)檢修人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)來(lai)說較為困難。通過解析不同判(pan)(pan)斷腳(jiao)本(ben)文件中的(de)(de)(de)(de)變量和固定(ding)語句(ju),將固定(ding)語句(ju)進(jin)行封裝并(bing)定(ding)義**的(de)(de)(de)(de)標識,形(xing)成如(ru)表 2 所示的(de)(de)(de)(de)判(pan)(pan)斷腳(jiao)本(ben)函(han)數(shu)集,供檢驗(yan)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)直(zhi)接調(diao)用。
在編(bian)寫某(mou)項(xiang)檢驗內容的結果判斷(duan)語(yu)句時,選擇(ze)相應函(han)數和相關參數即可自動生成該項(xiang)腳本(ben)文件。
例(li)如進行(xing)保護裝置 A 相電壓精度檢驗時,調用(yong)腳(jiao)本(ben)函 數(shu) CaLAinError,選 擇 保 護 裝 置 采 樣 值 MMXU5$MX$PhV$phsA$cVal$mag$f、基準值 v_Ua、目標參數(shu)vg_UErrAbs 和 vg_UErrRel,即可自動生成用(yong)于(yu)判斷裝置采樣誤差(cha)是否合格的腳(jiao)本(ben)文件:

3 自動(dong)檢驗(yan)系統應用
為驗(yan)證該系(xi)統的(de)實際應用(yong)情(qing)況,選取某(mou)變電站220 kV 線(xian)路保護進行測試。接線(xian)如(ru)圖 5 所示,線(xian)路保護和(he)母(mu)線(xian)保護各配(pei)置一臺(tai)測試儀并(bing)接入站控層(ceng)交換機,通過(guo)站內對(dui)時系(xi)統實現同步。
根據該線路(lu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)裝置(zhi)各項(xiang)功能(neng)的(de)檢驗(yan)方法編制(zhi)檢驗(yan)方案,檢驗(yan)項(xiang)目包(bao)括線路(lu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)單(dan)裝置(zhi)功能(neng)校(xiao)驗(yan)、后臺信息核對以及母線保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)聯(lian)(lian)合(he)測(ce)試三部(bu)分內容(rong)。其中母線保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)聯(lian)(lian)合(he)測(ce)試模擬線路(lu) A 相接地故障,線路(lu)縱聯(lian)(lian)差動(dong)(dong)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)動(dong)(dong)作,線路(lu)間隔跳閘失敗,220 kV 母線斷路(lu)器失靈保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)動(dong)(dong)作。檢驗(yan)結果如圖(tu) 6所(suo)示,制(zhi)定的(de)各項(xiang)檢驗(yan)內容(rong)均(jun)能(neng)自動(dong)(dong)完成(cheng),同步記錄(lu)檢驗(yan)數(shu)據和結果,自動(dong)(dong)生成(cheng)標(biao)準格式的(de)檢驗(yan)報告。
檢(jian)驗時間由人工測(ce)試的 8 h縮短至 1.2 h,檢(jian)驗效率提高了 85%。
4 結束語
該文根據(ju)變電(dian)站繼(ji)電(dian)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)裝置(zhi)檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)需要,采用(yong)(yong)模塊化(hua)分層設(she)計思路提出了一(yi)種基于變電(dian)站監(jian)控(kong)(kong)系統的(de)(de)繼(ji)電(dian)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)自動檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)方(fang)法(fa)。由于該方(fang)法(fa)借助變電(dian)站現有監(jian)控(kong)(kong)系統網(wang)絡(luo),因此在(zai)一(yi)定程度上簡化(hua)了測(ce)試(shi)(shi)組網(wang)流程,在(zai)完成單裝置(zhi)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)基礎上同(tong)步(bu)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)證了監(jian)控(kong)(kong)后(hou)臺信(xin)息上傳和保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)配合(he)的(de)(de)正確性(xing)。同(tong)時通過(guo)對(dui)規(gui)約(yue)引擎、測(ce)試(shi)(shi)儀(yi)接(jie)口以(yi)及自動檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)等關(guan)鍵模塊的(de)(de)設(she)計,使得該方(fang)法(fa)具有良好的(de)(de)通用(yong)(yong)性(xing),能(neng)(neng)夠支(zhi)持(chi)不同(tong)廠(chang)家的(de)(de)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)儀(yi),實現不同(tong)通信(xin)規(gui)約(yue)類型(xing)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)裝置(zhi)的(de)(de)閉環自動檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)。經現場實際應用(yong)(yong)表明,該方(fang)法(fa)能(neng)(neng)夠解(jie)決變電(dian)站繼(ji)電(dian)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)裝置(zhi)傳統檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)模式質效低,現有自動測(ce)試(shi)(shi)方(fang)法(fa)應用(yong)(yong)范圍局限(xian)、測(ce)試(shi)(shi)內容不**等問(wen)題,對(dui)實際工程具有一(yi)定的(de)(de)實用(yong)(yong)價值。
